How We Work

Saleh Bay Whale Shark (salehbaywhaleshark.com) is an English-language travel guide with a request desk, under Juara Holding Group. It is not a tour operator, a government body, or a conservation organisation, and it does not run boats, rooms, tours or transfers. The name describes the topic. Local firms and other sites use similar names, and this guide is not connected with them.

Our interest. Requests through the desk can lead to a paid booking, so we have a commercial interest. Any fee, the price, and the company that contracts with you are stated in writing in an offer before you agree to anything. The site itself is not a contracting party.

Figures. Every price comes from a public third-party listing, with its source and the month we checked it. These figures are not our prices or offers. Fees and fares change, and sources sometimes disagree. Check with the provider before you rely on a figure or pay anything.

No guarantee. We do not guarantee availability, sightings, safety, weather, schedules, or sea conditions. Whale sharks are wild animals, and swimming, snorkelling and diving carry real risks. Nothing here is medical, legal, or safety advice.

Content is prepared by the Saleh Bay Whale Shark Editorial Desk. For questions, source corrections, or requests: WhatsApp +62 811-3941-4563 or bd@juaraholding.com.
